Wang Xiaoyun received her Bachelor’s degree in Traffic Engineering from Hohai University and her Master’s degree in Transportation Planning and Management from Beijing Jiaotong University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
