Jieming Chen received the B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Maritime University, China, in 2017, the M.S. degree in Control Engineering from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, in 2021, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China.
